Respect the crew
Welcome runners of every pace, background, identity, body, and experience level. Harassment, intimidation, discrimination, unwanted sexual attention, threats, and deliberate humiliation are not welcome at CRC events or in CRC digital spaces.
Run responsibly
Follow host and pace-leader instructions, respect public spaces, yield when appropriate, do not pressure others to exceed their limits, and never leave a runner in an unsafe situation. Dogs, strollers, headphones, and other equipment must be handled safely and consistently with event guidance.
Protect privacy
Ask before photographing or identifying another participant, and do not publish another runner’s location, contact details, health information, or private conversations without permission.
Raise a concern
Tell a CRC host when immediate safety is at risk. Other conduct concerns can be sent to hello@celisrunclub.com. Reports will be handled as discreetly as practical, but confidentiality cannot be guaranteed when safety or a fair response requires follow-up.
Consequences
CRC may give guidance, issue a warning, remove someone from an event or digital service, revoke rewards, or suspend participation depending on severity and pattern. Retaliation against someone who raises a good-faith concern is not acceptable.
