Delete in the app
- Open Celis Run Club and sign in.
- Open the You tab, then Settings.
- Choose Delete account.
- Review the warning and confirm permanent deletion.
Deletion signs out every device and removes your profile, sign-in identities, sessions, preferences, RSVPs, activities and routes, connected-provider credentials, push tokens, notifications, and unused rewards from the active service.
What may remain
Completed reward-redemption records may remain only in anonymized form for financial, fraud-prevention, and audit purposes. Access-restricted database backups expire after 14 days, so deleted data may persist in disaster-recovery copies until that retention period ends.
Cannot access the app?
Email hello@celisrunclub.com from the address associated with your account. CRC will verify the request before deleting data so another person cannot delete your account.
